Note: Any phone support
call (individually or accumulative) will be subject to phone support
charges. Our fees are very competitive, so ask an IBS representative to
review our support policy with you today. We accept major credit cards.
Warranty and Returns:
IBS normally
warrants new register products for 90 days and POS equipment for 1 year.
Most used products are warranted for 30 days as are service repairs, however
check your service or sales contract for details specific to your system and
service agreements.
Returns are handled through the
service department. Call 314-638-3611 for details. Returns will only
be authorized for uninstalled and used equipment and may be subject to a
restocking fee of 15-20%, depending on the product.
